License to Brrdcast: By posting content, you grant Brrdcast a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and improving the Service.

Content Visibility: Content you post (broadcasts, replies) may be visible to other users based on location proximity. Public content may be indexed by search engines.

Content Standards: You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate these Terms, infringe on others' rights, or contain false or misleading information.

AI Processing: Your queries and content may be processed by AI systems to provide responses and improve the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Brrdcast is a hyperlocal platform that relies on location data to provide its core features:

• Broadcasting: Your broadcasts are shown to users within your configured radius
• Discovery: You see broadcasts and content from users near you
• Community: Location enables local community connections

By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can adjust your broadcast radius or disable location services in your device settings, though this may limit functionality.

The Brrdcast name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Brrdcast or its affiliates. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

The Service and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by Brrdcast and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Results from the Service will be accurate or reliable
• AI-generated responses will be correct or complete
• User-submitted content is accurate or trustworthy
• Any defects in the Service will be corrected

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRRDCAST AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:

• Cost of substitute services
• Any damages arising from your use of the Service

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months prior to the claim.

By You: You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. Upon deletion, your account and associated data will be removed according to our Privacy Policy.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
